Your Reservation Deposit allows you to secure and hold a storage space before move-in. The Reservation Deposit amount is equal to the monthly lease rate and will be fully credited toward your rent once your lease begins.
Your reserved space and rental rate are guaranteed and locked in for
5 calendar days from the reservation date. If you choose not to rent the space during the reservation period, your deposit will be fully refunded. Reservation periods cannot be extended; however, a new reservation may be made if spaces are still available. Reservations may be made online or by phone for your convenience.
